Majlis Vice-Speaker Mohammad Reza Bahonar said Tuesday Iran is seriously determined to attract foreign investment and further expand cooperation with friendly countries, particularly Japan.

Bahonar, in a meeting with the new Japanese Ambassador to Iran Hideaki Domichi pointed to the deep-rooted political and economic ties between the two countries and said Japan was Iran`s biggest trade partner, IRNA reported.
