LONDON, Oct 22 (IranMania) - The Iranian Parliament ratified bills of agreements according to which the government will be licensed to sign trade contracts with Bosnia, Algeria and several other countries, Mehr News Agency (MNA) reported.

Majlis enacted a bill as a warrant for road, passenger, and goods agreements between Iran and Bosnia. During the session, Hassan Sobhani, head of Planning and Budget Commission, pointed to articles 202 and 164 of the intra-statute, objecting that all international contracts should be attached to the bill in full text.

“How can we vote on an issue while we are not aware of the context,” he stated.

In response to Sobhani’s objection, Majlis Speaker Gholamali Haddad Adel said that no point in the statute has clarified the matter. “However, we will discuss it in the presiding board later”, Haddad Adel added.

Also in the session, the majority of MPs voted for other bills of agreement including trade and overseas relations with Algeria, Cuba, and Sudan, cultural, scientific, and education ties with Ethiopia, and air service relations with Holland."
