Gulf Daily News: "Iran gas field to go onstream in months

TEHRAN: Phases four and five of Iran's giant South Pars gas field in the Gulf will come onstream in the next two months, an official said yesterday.
'Phases four and five of the South Pars gas field will start pumping in the next two months,' Gholamreza Manouchehri, managing director of Iran's Petropars company, told state television.
The television said the phases would come onstream at 500 million cubic feet of refined natural gas per day and 80,000 barrels of condensate.
Phases four and five of South Pars, are jointly operated by Petropars and Italy's ENI.
Iran, which has the world's second-largest reserves of natural gas, has been slow to develop its resources."
