English Radio: "Armitage on South Asian Visit
US Deputy Secretary of State, Richard Armitage will arrive in Islamabad on July 14 on a two-day visit to discuss bilateral, regional and international issues. Armitage will first arrive in India on Tuesday and is likely to visit Afghanistan later. Armitage will hold talks with the leadership of both Pakistan and India on the ongoing dialogue process. Confirming Armitage�s visit, Pakistan�s Foreign Office Spokesman, Masood Khan said that an agenda for talks and a schedule for meetings with the Pakistani leadership had already been prepared. The two sides will discuss the outcome of the controversial Wana operation, in Waziristan that infuriated Pakistani citizens, the prevailing security situation in Afghanistan and their cooperation in the so-called global war on terrorism. "
