A German company plans to invest in a 1.9 billion euro project in the Persian Gulf island of Kish, the Iranian Housing and Urban Development Ministry's Public Relations Department has reported.
According to IRNA, the project is a multi-faceted housing, tourism, commercial, and recreational complex. The project includes both seven and five star hotels and other small-seized hotels with a total capacity of 890 rooms, the announcement added.
The project will also include a golf court, commercial and residential apartment complexes, restaurants, and small villages that are all based on international standards."
