Is Chalabi Iran Spy Charge a ploy

Notes on Ahmad Chalabi: "Notes on Ahmad Chalabi"

Is Chalabi Iran Spy Charge a ploy
Going into an Iraqi election how better could Ahmed Chalabi position himself then to be seen as Pro-Iranian and anti-US. It all seems to pat. One day Chalabi is Paul Wolfowitz's boy and the next he is Iran's fair haired son. Chelabi's close ties with Israel are a stumbling block to many Iraqis. So in one grand stroke Chelabi reinvents himself as the opposition candidate. Once Chelabi is in place then the US can agree to the Ayatollah al-Sistani's call for elections. Is Chelabi an Iranian Spy? I doubt it, I think he is still woring for his old masters.
